  • Philodendron Monstera Split-Leaf (Monstera deliciosa) is a popular tropical houseplant known for its large, glossy leaves that develop natural splits and holes as the plant matures. This evergreen climbing vine grows on thick stems and produces long aerial roots that help it climb and anchor to surfaces such as trees or moss poles. Its bold foliage and easy care make it one of the most recognizable and loved indoor plants.

Monstera deliciosa is native to the tropical rainforests of Central and South America, where it grows as a climbing plant under the forest canopy. In its natural habitat, it climbs trees to reach brighter light while its aerial roots help absorb moisture and nutrients.

Although rarely seen indoors, mature plants can produce a unique flower consisting of a creamy white spathe surrounding a central spadix, similar to other plants in the aroid family. After flowering, the plant can produce an edible fruit that tastes like a blend of pineapple and banana when fully ripe, which is where the species name deliciosa comes from.

The most distinctive feature of Monstera deliciosa is its dramatically split and perforated leaves, which become more pronounced as the plant matures. This unique foliage, combined with its climbing habit and tropical appearance, makes it a stunning statement plant for homes, offices, and indoor plant collections.
  • Prefers bright, indirect light. It can tolerate medium light but grows best with filtered sunlight. Avoid prolonged direct sun, which may scorch the leaves.

Water when the top 1–2 inches of soil feel dry. Keep the soil slightly moist but never soggy, as overly wet soil can cause root rot.

Use a well-draining potting mix rich in organic matter. A mix designed for tropical houseplants or a blend containing peat, bark, and perlite works well.

Thrives in warm environments between 65–85°F (18–29°C) and prefers moderate to high humidity.

Moderate to fast-growing under the right conditions. With support such as a moss pole, it can grow several feet tall and produce larger, more dramatic leaves.

  • Suitable for outdoor growth in USDA Zones 10–12. In cooler climates it is commonly grown indoors as a houseplant.

Great quality and built to last. My dog really enjoys playing with it and stays entertained for quite a while. The material is strong yet safe, and the included drawstring bag is a convenient extra for easy storage. Is colorful and my become my puppy’s favorite.

If you love your dog…don’t buy this.
Color: Orange
We have a nonaggressive English cocker. She opened the ball every time she played with it. And yes, we are closing it as hard as we can. I do not recommend this toy for any dog! This is a dangerous toy for a dog that is not supervised.

dog ball
Color: Blue
This ball is perfect for keeping my dog active and entertained. It's made of strong, durable material, ideal for games of fetch. It doesn't break easily and is light enough for him to carry in his mouth without any problem.

Fun but not for rough play.
Color: Orange
The ball contented our “golden” Jaxson for about 15 minutes. He then thought it was a regular ball and it’s just a little delicate for a big dog. I just wrote it off as a loss. Great idea but should be more durable.
